A couple of weeks ago, I tried to photograph the bluebirds going into my nesting box. But, I had no luck. Those birds are way too fast.
Well, today I got a wonderful picture. Not of the parents, but of the babies. They have arrived! There were four eggs, but only three hatched. The remaining three look very healthy. No feathers yet, though.
You'll be glad to know that after lifting the lid on their nest, I hung around for a while to see that their parents were still going to take care of them. And they are....saw them 3 or 4 times going in and out of the nest.
